Hotel Arrival:

• Holiday Inn Mart Plaza Hotel lobby is located on the 15th floor of the Merchandise Mart.

• When you arrive go around to the back side of the building away from the river and there is a ramp up to the entrance of the building. There will be a doorman and you will be able to unload luggage and baggage.

• Once unloaded continue down ramp to enter parking garage beneath building.

• There are many shops located on the lower floors ex. a culinary cooking supply store, custom home decor stores, food court, restaurants.  

• If driving in or around Chicago, a GPS system is a great thing to bring along.

Shuttle from Midway Airport:

• Shuttles depart from Midway airport every 15 minutes for Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza. The airport express ticket counter and loading zone is located at Door 3, lower level across from baggage claim. Reservations from Midway to downtown are not necessary. The last Airport Express van leaves Midway at 10:30 pm seven nights a week.

  • One-Way: $23 (Single) - $15 (Pair) - $12 (Group)
  • Round-Trip: $40 (Single) - $27 (Pair) - $22 (Group)

Shuttle from Chicago O'Hara International Airport.:

• Shuttles depart from O'Hare airport every 10-15 minutes to Holiday Inn Chicago Mart Plaza. The loading zones for boarding the Airport Express van are at Door 1E, Door 2D, and Door 3F across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level. At the international terminal the loading zone is located just outside Door 1E which is just outside of baggage claim and Customs. The last Airport Express van leaves O'Hare at 11:30 pm seven nights a week.

  Airport Express Ticket Counters for purchasing tickets are located at Door 1E, Door 2D, and Door 3F lower level across from baggage claim on the Baggage Claim level

  Fare:

  • One-Way: $28 (Single) - $19 (Pair) - $14 (Group)
  • Round-Trip: $50 (Single) - $35 (Pair) - $27 (Group)

Taxi from O'Hare:

• Fare should be in the $35 - $40 range.

Driving from  I-90, I-94 and O'Hara Airport :

• Take I-90/I-94East toward Chicago (I-90/94 West if you are coming from Michigan/Indiana)
• Take exit 50B toward Ohio Street East
• Merge onto Ohio Street
• Turn RIGHT at Wells Street
• Turn RIGHT at Franklin Street
• Take the 1st LEFT onto West Mart Center Drive 

Driving from I-88 and I-290:

• Head east on I-88 East
• Merge onto I-290 East
• Take the I-90/I-94 West exit toward Wisconsin
• Merge onto I-90/I-94 West
• Take exit 50B toward Ohio Street East
• Merge onto Ohio Street
• Turn RIGHT at Wells Street
• Turn RIGHT at Wacker Drive
• Turn RIGHT at Franklin Street
• Take the 1st LEFT onto West Mart Center Drive

Driving from 1-55, St Louis and Midway Airport:

• Take I-55 North (Stevenson Exp) toward Chicago
• Take exit 292A to merge onto I-90/I-94 West toward West Ryan Expressway/Wisconsin
• Take exit 50B toward Ohio Street East
• Merge onto Ohio Street
• Turn RIGHT at Wells Street
• Turn RIGHT at Wacker Drive
• Turn RIGHT at Franklin Street
• Take the 1st LEFT onto West Mart Center Drive

• Parking facility for vehicles over 7 feet tall is located just 2 blocks away.
