Submarine Forces Museum

The Submarine Force Museum, located on the Thames River in Groton, Connecticut, maintains the world's finest collection of submarine artifacts. It is the only submarine museum operated by the United States Navy, and as such is the primary repository for artifacts, documents and photographs relating to U.S. Submarine Force history.
 

Mystic Seaport

Clyde's Cider Mill Tucked away on a winding country road in Old Mystic, Connecticut, is the only remaining steam-powered cider mill in the United States. The Clyde family has been making cider here since 1881, and the sixth generation of the family continues to produce cider at this National Historic Landmark.
 

Mohegan Sun 

Mohegan Sun located in Uncasville, Connecticut is the world's second largest casino with 364,000 sq ft of gaming space. It is located on 240 acres along the banks of the Thames River.
 

Foxwoods

Foxwoods Resort Casino is a hotel-casino in Ledyard, Connecticut. It was recently the largest casino in the world, however is now third behind the Venetian in Macau, China as measured by floor space for gaming, with 340,000 sq ft, and Mohegan Sun with 364,000.
