To access information in this section you must have previously registered, click the crew member access button below and enter your user-id and password.

To obtain a user- id and password please complete the shipmate registration form (click form button below). After verification of your association with Tiru, a user-id and password will be sent via email to enable you to access the shipmate lists.

Please list the following information:
  a. Full Name
  b. Dates on Tiru (mon/yr)
  c. Positions/Rate/Rank on Tiru
  d. CO's while on Tiru
  e. Mailing Address (optional)
  f. email address (optional)
  g. Phone (optional)
  h. Mates name (optional)
  i. Nicknames (optional)
  j. Permission to list information on crew members page: yes/no
  k. Permission to pass your information to reunion committee: yes/no

Information you provide on the form will only be available to the Web Master unless you authorize otherwise. You may designate specific information which you do not want put on the website by placing an asterisk before the information.

Your real email address will not be listed; a forwarding email address will be used which will forward to your real address.  If for some reason you wish your email address to be removed from the crew listing the automatic forwarding will be terminated. (Please note that this method does not offer 100% security for your email address, a serious hacker can probably retrieve your real address.)
