17 Aug 05--Shipmates:. The list has been updated using Tiru Personnel Diaries from 1947 to 1971. Access to the personnel diaries from 1970 to 1975 are restricted and must be obtained under the Freedom of Information Act; we are in the process of attempting to obtain. It is believed the list is complete for enlisted through 1971 but officer data is incomplete as they were not always listed on the diaries
