Alan P. Steinbach

Alan P. Steinbach, a native of St. Petersburg, Florida, died on 19 October 1998 in St. Petersburg at the age of 66. He reported aboard the USS Tiru SS416 on the 30th of July 1952 and was transferred in February 1954 to the USS Queenfish SS393. Alan was on board for TIRU's second Korean War patrol in 1953. He made EMP3 in May 1953 and qualified in submarines on the TIRU in June 1953.
