Robert B Cushman, Son of Martha E. and Clifford E. Cushman was born in anta Anna California. He came to know Jeasus Christ in the summer of 1946 while attending Forest Home Christian Camp. After graduating from Burbank High Scool he joined the U.S. Navy, serving three years as a sonar technician in te submarine service. After "Honorable Discharge" he attended Moody Bible Institute where he met and married Rita E. Olson (December 22, 1962). He graduated from Moody Aviation in 1965. Bob and Rita planned to move to the mission field, but God had other plans. After a few moves, the family settled in Cedar Crest, NM. He founded Cushman Engineering in 1976.Bob is survived by Rita his wife of 58 years, sons: Loren (Debra), Scot (Melody); Daughters Liesl (Bill), Joyce (James); 20 grand children and 7 great grand children; sister: Della Fuelner and sister-in-law Gladys Olson.
