Elmer Clair Butler, of Honolulu, Hawaii
died on 3 January 1979 and was buried at the National Cemetery of the Pacific,
Honolulu.
He was born in North Dakota on 4 July 1926.
Elmer served aboard the USS Tiru (SS416) as a Torpedoman Second Class from 1
January 1959 to 8 November 1960. He also served on various other submarines.
