2026 Reunion Schedule

Sunday - 27 September 2026

• 4:00 pm: SUB VETS Arrival and Check-in
  
• 5:00 pm: Prosperity Room opens on 3rd floor. Cash Bar
  
• 6:00 pm: Hors D'oeuvres 
  
• 7:00 pm: Dinner Buffet
  
• 11:00 pm: Hospitality Room Closes
  

Monday - 28 September 2026

Breakfast is on your own. Prior to departure. Please be on time.

• 9:45 am: Board Bus for  Harley Davison Museum.
  
• 10:00 am – 1Hr Guided Tour: of Harley Davidson  Museum.
  
• 11:45 am – Depart for Coast Guard Station.
  
• 12:00 pm - Lunch at Coast Guard Station
  
• 12:45 pm - Memorial Service and Group Photos
  
• 1:45 pm - Board Bus, return to Potawantomi to pick up Tour Guide
  
• 2:00 pm - Guided Bus Tour of Milwaukee
  
• 3:00 pm - Return to Potawatomi Hotel
  
• 6:00 pm - Gather in Prosperity Room. Cash Bar Until 11:00
• 8:00 pm - Pizza Party

Dinner is on your own. 

Tuesday - 29 September 2026

Breakfast is on your own. Free Day to explore until 5:00 pm

If Interested you are in touring the Pabst Mansion, we'll meet in the food court and arrange car pooling. $17/person. More details to follow.

• 5:00 PM Crew meeting in Prosperity Room.
  Women's Hour: Meet by the Sportsbook restaurant at the Annex for appitizers and wine.
  
• 6:00 PM Cash bar in Prosperity Room or in hallway until 11:00 PM if needed
• 7:30 PM Plated dinner, selections:
  A. Braised Beef Short Ribs with cheddar mash,
  B. Chicken Piccata Lemon caper sauce,
  C. Wild Mushroom Pasta.(vegetarian meal)
• 8:30 PM Dessert
• 8:45PM to close. Raffles, door prizes, enjoying each other’s company.
