2026 Reunion Schedule

Sunday - 27 September 2026

• 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Setup in Prosperity Room 3rd. Floor.
  
• 4:00 PM - 11:45 PM Hospitality.
  
• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Cocktail Hour, Assorted Dips, Charcuterie, Fresh Fruit.
  
• 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM Cash Bar.
  
• 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Dinner Buffet.
  
• 11:45 PM - Hospitality Room closes.
  

Monday - 28 September 2026

Breakfast is on your own. Prior to departure. Please be on time.

• 7:30 AM-9:00 AM Continental Breakfast, Includes coffee (regular and decaf), assorted hot tea, assorted juices. Assorted Danishes, muffins and croissants-butter, preserves. Sliced fresh fruits, seasonal berries. Prosperity Room.
  
• 9:45 AM - Board Bus for Harley Davidson Museum.
  
• 9:50 AM - Depart for Harley Davidson Museum.
  
• 10:00AM - Tour the HD Museum with guide.
  
• 11:45 AM - Depart for the Coast Guard Station, 2420 S. Lincoln Memorial Dr.
  
• 12:00 PM - Eat a box lunch at the Galley at the Coast Guard Station.
  
• 1:00 PM - Conduct the “over the bar” ceremony for our deceased shipmates.
  
• 1:40 PM - Board bus and depart back to Potawatomi Hotel & Casino.
  
• 2:00 PM - Pick up Happy Times Tour Guide for tour of Milwaukee.
• 3:00 PM - Return to Potawatomi Hotel and Casino. Dinner is on your own.
• 3:00 PM - Return to Potawatomi Hotel and Casino. Dinner is on your own.
• 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM Cash Bar.
• 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Pizza Party
• 11:45PM - Hospitality Room closes.

Tuesday - 29 September 2026

Breakfast is on your own. Free Day to explore until 4:00 pm

9:45 AM -Those interested in touring the Pabst Mansion gather at the Prosperity Room. $17/person. 

• 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Men’s crew meeting in Prosperity Room.
  
• 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Women meet in the Innovation Room for wine and cheese.
• 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM - Cash Bar.
• 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Plated Dinner.selections:
  A. Braised Beef Short Ribs with cheddar mash,
  B. Chicken Piccata Lemon caper sauce,
  C. Wild Mushroom Pasta.(vegetarian meal)
• 9:00 PM - Raffles, socializing and enjoying the time together.
• 11:30 PM - Hospitality Room closes.

Wednesday - 1 October 2025

• 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM - Meet in the coffee shop and say goodbye.
