2024 Reunion Schedule

The schedule for the reunion is still tentative for start times. Scheduling will firm up as we approach our gathering.

Saturday - 28 September 2024

• TBD: Early Arrivals Get Together (Details to be determined. Ad Hoc)
  

Sunday - 29 September 2024

• 1200 -1500: Need Early Arrivals Help Set Up Hospitality Room
• 1500: Arrival, Hotel Check in and Reunion Checkin in Hospitality Room
• Dinner at the hotel restaurant, or elsewhere (on your own)
•  After Dinner: Hospitality Room

Monday - 30 September 2024

• 0700 Breakfast buffet in Tiru Room.
• 0930 buses depart for Battleship Cove. Tour
  Battleship Cove.
• 1130 lunch in battleship wardroom annex.
• Hospitality Room
• 1230 Memorial ceremony aboard battleship,
• 1330 continue touring Museums
• 1530 buses depart to return to hotel.
• Dinner on your own,
• 1930 Movie Marathon in the Tiru room. BYO best Sub flicks DVDs. Socialize, Pizza, munchies and beer/wine/water provided,

Tuesday - 1 October 2024

• 0700 breakfast,
• 0900 for those who signed up and paid for the Newport tour, will depart for the tour. For others, you have the day to explore Southeastern New England.
• 1700 Crew meeting/Ladies activity.
• 1900 Banquet

Wednesday - 2 October 2024

• 0700 Breakfast,
• Check out before 1100 unless staying beyond the reunion time frame.
• Departure
