2021 Reunion Schedule

The schedule for the reunion is still tentative for start times. Scheduling will firm up as we approach our gathering.

Sunday - 5 September 2021

• TBD: Early Arrivals Get Together (Details to be determined. Ad Hoc)
  

Monday - 6 September 2021

• 1200 -1500: Need Early Arrivals Help Set Up Hospitality Room
• 1500: Arrival, Hotel Check in and Reunion Checkin in Hospitality Room
• Arrival Dinner
•  After Dinner: Hospitality Room

Tuesday - 7 September 2021

• 0800 - On your own for Breakfast
• Free Day for those not participating in wine tour
• 1100: Board Buses for Optional Wine Tasting Tour including lunch at winery
• 1500: Participants return from wine tasting tour
• TBD: Hopitality Room Closes: Gather at Hospitality room, Dinner on your own. 

Wednesday - 8 September 2021

• 0800 - 1100: On your own for Breakfast
• 1100: Board Buses for Crocker Museum
• 1200 -1400: Lunch and tour Museum
• 1700: Board Buses for Hotel
• 1730 - Hopitality Room Gather at Hospitality room, Dinner on your own. 

Thursday - 9 September 2021

• 0800 - 1100: On your own for Breakfast
• 1100: Depart Hotel for Memorial Service Capitol Grounds
• 1200 - 1400: Memorial Service Capitol Grounds at the Vietnam Memorial. Group Picture?
• 1400: Board Buses for Hotel
• 1430: Return to the Hotel
• 1600 - 1700: Crew Meeting in the Hospitality Room
• 1700 - TBD: Hospitality Room
• TBD: Reunion Banquet
• TBD - Gather at Hospitality room.
